one of my colleagues has managed to get this Tile working on SAP_BASIS 750 SP02 and S4CORE SP01 with about 25 Notes applied.
If you are operating on SAP_BASIS 750 SP01 and these methods are not included, I must conclude that they must be in SAP_BASIS 750 SP02 because otherwise my colleague could not have gotten this working.
So for me, the 'light at the end of the tunnel' is that this Fiori Tile does work, but it requires at least SAP_BASIS 750 SP02. I'll prove that in June when the environment I'm working on is upgraded to SAP_BASIS 750 SP03 and S4CORE SP02. I'm convinced that I cannot get this working on my current support pack level (SAP_BASIS 750 SP00, S4CORE SP01)
Rewriting this as what I said above wasn't correct.
One of my colleagues has managed to get this Tile (Create Purchase Requisitions) working on SAP_BASIS 750 SP02 and S4CORE SP01 with about 25 notes applied. Notes 2285354 and Notes 2310718 are not part of that list of notes, and 2310718 is dependent upon SAP_BASIS 750 SP03. So it looks like the methods that you're looking for are in SAP_BASIS 750 SP03 (but I can't confirm that).
We're going to try to apply those notes on Thursday and see if we can get this tile working without needing to apply 2285354.
